What to Expect From Our Professional Siding Inspections

Improper caulking
-
At least 1/4 inch of clearance at all openings for normal expansion and retraction
-
-
Materials:
-
Storm damage where we will look for splits, cracks, chips, breaks, and holes caused by wind, flying debris of any size, and wind-driven hail.
-
Water damage due to age of siding where it is no longer a barrier to the outside elements.
-
Insect and wildlife damage from woodpeckers, squirrels and insects-particularly termites.
-
Plant, moss or mold growth which indicates your siding is holding on to too much moisture.
